The shuttle runs approximately every 20–30 minutes from the off site transfer zone located near the transport hub, just a short walk past the pedestrian crossing outside the arrivals area.
Details on how to get the free shuttle will be provided to you when you book. The team at the depot will then take you through the vehicle’s features and make sure you have all the information you need for an enjoyable trip. Note that this process can sometimes take up to 45 minutes, so allow extra time when collecting your vehicle.
After-hours pick up guidelines
If you are planning to pick up your campervan rental outside of business hours, or your flight is late, let the Auckland depot know in advance. Keep in mind that most depots close on Christmas Day, so plan accordingly to avoid any delays with the last airport pick up.
