Picking up your campervan rentals from Auckland Airport

Once you have booked, you will be provided with instructions on how to collect your vehicle. In most cases, you simply need to make your way to the supplier depot at the agreed upon time. If you are flying into Auckland Airport, the motorhome rental depot isn’t likely to be on the airport grounds, but at a location nearby. You will be provided with a free shuttle service from the airport to the Auckland branch location from some motorhome suppliers. Details on how to get the free shuttle will be provided to you when you book.

The team at the depot will then take you through the vehicles features and make sure you have all the information you need to have an enjoyable trip. Note that this can sometimes take up to 45 minutes, so allow extra time when collecting your vehicle.

If you are planning to pick up your motorhome hire outside of business hours, or your flight is late, let the Auckland branch location know. If you are flying in from a long overseas flight, it is best to pick up your campervan after a night of rest before going on a New Zealand motorhome hire road trip.
